Last updated: September 20, 2026
1. About LinkMart
LinkMart is an online marketplace that connects advertisers seeking content and link placements with publishers offering placement opportunities on their websites.
LinkMart provides the platform and order workflow used to discover listings, place orders, communicate requirements and manage fulfillment.
2. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing LinkMart, creating an account, publishing a listing or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and any policies referenced by them.
If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the service.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating and maintaining your LinkMart account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity performed through it.
An account may have Advertiser access, Publisher access, or both.
LinkMart may restrict, suspend or close accounts that misuse the marketplace, provide misleading information, engage in fraud or repeatedly violate our policies.
4. Marketplace Listings
Publishers are responsible for ensuring that their website information, placement descriptions, prices and delivery expectations are accurate.
LinkMart may review, approve, pause or reject websites and listings in order to maintain marketplace quality.
Approval of a website or listing does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee by LinkMart regarding the website's traffic, search rankings, authority, performance or future availability.
5. Advertiser Orders
Advertisers are responsible for reviewing a listing before ordering and for providing accurate placement requirements, including applicable target URLs, anchor text, article information and instructions.
Advertisers must not submit content, links or instructions that violate applicable law or these Terms.
Once an order has been paid, the Publisher may begin work based on the information supplied with the order.
6. Publisher Responsibilities
Publishers must make reasonable efforts to complete accepted orders according to the listing description and the requirements supplied by the Advertiser.
Publishers must not knowingly provide false information about websites or completed placements.
When an order is marked as published, the Publisher must provide a valid URL where the completed placement can be reviewed.
7. Placement Availability
Publishers control the websites on which placements are provided. Website content, ownership, policies, availability and search-engine performance can change over time.
Unless a specific guarantee is expressly included in a listing or order agreement, LinkMart does not guarantee permanent publication, search rankings, indexing, traffic or SEO results from a placement.
8. Payments
Advertisers pay the price displayed for the selected marketplace listing at the time of purchase.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. By making a payment, you may also be subject to the payment provider's applicable terms and policies.
LinkMart may retain applicable marketplace fees or commissions from transactions where such fees apply.
9. Refunds and Disputes
Refund eligibility depends on the status of the order, whether work has begun, whether the agreed placement was delivered and the circumstances of the dispute.
An Advertiser should contact LinkMart promptly if an order cannot be completed as agreed or if there is a material problem with the delivered placement.
LinkMart may review relevant order information when helping resolve a dispute between an Advertiser and Publisher.
10. Prohibited Use
Users may not use LinkMart for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive or abusive activity.
This includes, without limitation:
- fraudulent orders or payment activity;
- websites or listings containing intentionally misleading information;
- malware, phishing or other harmful content;
- content or links that violate applicable law or third-party rights;
- attempts to interfere with or compromise the security of LinkMart;
- manipulation or abuse of the marketplace, payment or order systems.
11. SEO and Performance Disclaimer
LinkMart does not guarantee search-engine rankings, domain authority, traffic increases, indexing, conversions or any other SEO or commercial result.
Search engines and third-party metrics operate independently of LinkMart and may change their algorithms, policies and measurements at any time.
12. Third-Party Websites
Marketplace listings and completed orders may involve websites operated by third parties. LinkMart does not control all content, policies or technical operation of those websites.
Users should exercise appropriate judgment when evaluating marketplace opportunities.
13. Service Availability
We aim to keep LinkMart available and reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.
Features may be modified, temporarily unavailable or discontinued when necessary for maintenance, security, legal or operational reasons.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LinkMart will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of the marketplace, third-party websites, search-engine changes or business results associated with a placement.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
15. Changes to These Terms
LinkMart may update these Terms as the marketplace, features or legal requirements change.
The latest version will be published on this page. Continued use of LinkMart after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law.
